Indus Min, Russian Export Center offer easier financing access
MOSCOW, Apr 22 (PRIME) -- The Industry and Trade Ministry and the Russian Export Center have simplified an all-encompassing competition increase programs act, allowing companies to receive financing at reduced interest rates in exchange for export obligations, according to a statement of the center, seen by PRIME on Wednesday.
"Significant simplification of the all-encompassing competition increase programs mechanism through simplification of choice of companies to be included in the united register of companies fulfilling all-encompassing competition increase programs on a permanent basis is the novelty," the statement read.
Online applications are to be accepted in addition to offline. Entrepreneurs establishing industrial facilities abroad are to be added to the program.
A subsidy on repayment of an up to 3% interest annually without signing of all-encompassing competition increase programs agreements is to be provided in 2020.
